Kirk - Commissioner - Started up the league in 2006. I put together a league of misfits and we have made a fantastic group that some of these stories you will have a tough time believing.
I have lived in Florida, Illinois, and Colorado during the league. I played DB in high school and in the Air Force on the base I was stationed at. I have been playing FF since 1992. Cathedral has nicknamed me "Smoke and Mirrors" due to the fact that I can win and stay competitive with a cast of characters that most owners don't want. Kellen Winslow Jr., Michael Vick during the dog years, Leon Washington being the only healthy RB returns 2 punts for TDs. East Peoria has finally won a Championship after 15 seasons but has won the Barry Sanders Division 4 times. The team stays competitive despite who is on it. We don't hold any records either but have many yearly Awards. 1 Offensive Rookie of the Year in RB TJ Yeldon, 6 Defensive Rookie of the Year (all LB's, Demeco Ryans, Deion Jones, Jarrad Davis, Darius Leonard, Devin Lloyd, & Carson Schwesinger), and 3 Manager of the Year awards. Playoffs haven't been my friend with a 6-8 record but have made it 9 times. I do own a Creston Championship in Season 19. But the regular seasons have been ok. We are 1st in overall wins after 20 seasons.
